Maintenance

For our tenants, there are several different ways to convey a maintenance request:

  • Email us at maintenance@rentchampaign.com (we prefer that you contact us in this way)
  • Phone us at (217) 328-2793 and talk to us during business hours (9:00am to 4:30pm M-F).

    For after hours emergencies call the maintenance line at (217) 328-2793 and it will tell you the after hours emergency number for that day. Please be aware that you will be calling someone at their home. After hours emergency calls should be restricted to true emergencies such as flooding and no heat.

    If you have a natural gas leak, vacate the area and call Ameren IP at 1-800-755-5000.

    For after hours lockouts, you will be charged a $75 trip fee plus over-time labor if our maintenance manager unlocks your unit. Daytime lockouts will incur a $25 trip fee plus labor time.
